I've had about 30 dentist in my life from age 7 until now, and Dr. Shu is the best I've had. The first dentist ever that I never felt the needle for numbing.

Wish I could rate it a zero. NOT Recommended at all!!! Friendly means nothing when not professional. I gave them the benefit plan ahead and was told the service will be fully covered under the plan. I was even told good to go and no balance need to pay when the teeth cleaning was done. But months later called me and asked for payment. Totally messed up with my benefit plan. If you care about your benefit plan and out of pocket money, go choose another dentist. AVOID it if you can!!!

I wish I could also give them a zero! I had work done a YEAR AGO... they come after you months later claiming you owe them money... there was an insurance mix up but instead of dealing with things when it happens they'll wait months later to harass you. And even after all the voicemails they dont even know my balance!!!!!!!! I am still dealing with this!!! Take your business elsewhere

Very high-tech office ,TVs that play Netflix on the ceiling to watch during appointment . Staff was very helpful and nice
