The staff were friendly. They saw me for my broken tooth. Explained everything fully and went over everything I could do. Great pricing.

For routine checkup and cleaning, it is not a long wait and the dental hygienists were all quite friendly. The appointment took around an hour overall. They do also offer complementary whitening as advertised. However, for any procedure that requires an actual dentist, the experience was poor. They prioritize walk-in which they consider "emergency dental" over booked appointments for dental procedures. I had quite a frustrating experience on Jun 16, 2020. I arrived for my 1300 appointment at 1255 and notified them at the beginning of my appointment that I had another commitment at 1430 and needed at least 15-20 minutes travel time. The receptionist, hygienist and the dentist all assured me that redoing 1-2 old fillings would only take a maximum of 1 hour, latest it would be done would be at 1400-1410. However from 1300-1340, all that was done was topical numbing, which had half worn off by the time the dentist came over to do the injectable numbing agent. It was extremely painful. Then by 1355, the filling procedure still had not been started. No one came to update me as I waited by myself in my cubicle as to why my scheduled procedures had been delayed. It was only at 1400, where I decided to walk out and complain to the receptionist was I notified that there had been too many "emergency procedures". Overall it was quite a disappointing experience with the dentist. They should hire more dentist if they want to accommodate every walk in. Or else why would anyone book an appointment? I would just walk in. They should respect the time of their clients more.

I wish there was something lower then that. I would never recommend anyone to ever go there. Called under emergency and they would not get me there till 4 hrs after and after I reached there they made me wait 1 hr before a dentist could see me. I was in tears screaming and no one attended to me. They were suppose to call me on Monday and its Thursday and still nothing. Never going there and will never recommend anyone ever to that garbage place. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
