Westview Dental

Awesome place, great staff, really enjoyed it. Only 4 stars because they sent me a form to print for Covid at 6:35 am with my appointment being at 7:30am that day. I understand you want it as close as you can, but I have not seen any business making you print paper in a while now....

My family have been patients of this clinic for a few years now. We always have enjoyed the service until last time. Last time I met the manager of the clinic and I can say that this is a shame for this wonderful clinic to hire staff like this. It cancelled all my positive experience that I had before. She is very rude and doesn't have any people skills. She doesn't make people feel welcome and obviously doesn't care if patients will come back. Recently I took my son to another dental clinic and discovered that this manager is famous in dentistry circles as a rude and very difficult to get along person. I met a dental assistant who quit the Westview dental because of this person. I am not surprised. I own my business and would never keep an employee with this kind of attitude.

Dr Ng and Dr Sullivan are by far the best dentists I've been to! And their assistants and hygienists are great! They are both very experienced and walk you through every step of big or smaller procedures. And explain everything in detail. They are so calm, gentle and confident in their work. Same goes for their lovely assistants and hygienists! I've had two major procedures with Dr Ng and they both were great experiences! Who can say that about going to the dentist? Haha. Highly recommend going to Westview Dental. Reception staff are so friendly and kind. They really try to accommodate your schedule which can be challenging with Covid 19. Thanks to ALL the amazing staff! Your service and kindness is greatly appreciated during these tough times! :)

I cannot say enough about how great everyone at Westview Dental is! I am certainly a person who has a hard time and is super anxious when it comes to the dentist, and for years now the team here has always made me feel so safe and comfortable. Even when it’s been some time since prior appointments they are just welcoming and kind and treatments are always gentle and easy!

The staff at this clinic are very nice. They make you feel comfortable . Dr. Nick is great, as well as Charmaine. Would recommend this dental office.
