Best dentist I have worked with. Dr.Choi is very courteous , professional and kind. She is very helpful to her staff as well as to her patients . She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy dentist. Always gives best advice to patients and always does what is best for patients. She likes to hire best caring staff with good chair side manners and patients comfort is her top most priority. Had to leave job as I was moving out of town.

Very good prices for the work I've had done. Need to see her again soon! She is fast and to the point.

Few months ago Susana Choi did a rootcanal in one of my teeth, it worked out good, my tooth is now painless but her professional attitude was terribly unpleasant. She was wrathful the whole time while I was on the dental chair. She yelled to her staff member and throwing instruments on the floor. Is the Dental College in Alberta can do something about this kind of unprofessional behavior ?

I came with my family member who WAS a patient. This dentist lady is SOO RUDE towards her staff. The dentist kept on yelling at her poor assistant. Isnt there any policy against or to check such unprofessional behavior?. We are never coming back here. (I know that she will say, this person is not our patient but that does not justify her poor attitude towards her staff).
