I had a great experience today seeing a new doctor. He was very helpful and talked me through everything that was going on. I booked to see Dr. Gagne for a permanent physician. The ladies up front were very nice.

I called shortly after the clinic opened and asked if i could walk-in and was told I could come right away. The front office staff were polite and professional. I waited no more than 15 minutes to see a doctor. He was competent and professional and diagnosed my condition.

I have had great experience with the staff here, but be looking for a new doctor after I attempted to have a prescription refilled for asthma medications over the phone due to COVID and her response was that unless I had a positive test or was isolating due to a positive exposure, I need to come in physically to see her. Everyone else I know is able to have a phone consult with their doctors, or video chats, during this pandemic, expect for my doctor - Dr Khabuli.
