Dentists do good work here. It wan an older lady at reception that gave me grief. For reasons unknown, even to Great West Life, my benefits got denied here on my yearly cleaning/checkup. After being told " I hope you have the means to pay for all this." I paid in full out of pocket. She then refused to reschedule me until I "Got my benefits in order." I really did not feel welcome there at that moment. No sweat though. Between Stony Plain and Spruce grove there are many dental centers I'm sure would appreciate the business of a paying customer. The funny part is now they keep phoning me back to reschedule. Truly a shame, the other receptionists have always been sweet as sugar.

I have been a patient with Parkland Dental for many years. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them. I have a fear of dentists from childhood and they always take great pains to put me at ease and make sure I am comfortable. Today I had crowns installed on my 2 upper front teeth, they look natural and feel great. Highly recommend Dr Beaudry.

Thanks to Parkland Dental associates professional team, I had an amazing experience in my annual dental checkup. Dr. Mollania is gentle, very friendly and caring. She patiently listened to my questions and answered all of them and did a thorough examination. Cleaning was also very smooth on my sensitive teeth.

I really need to share an incredibly positive and impressive experience with this clinic, its staff and Dr. Beaudry. I needed to have a tooth extraction done for a fractured molar I had that had abcessed badly. I had an examination done after I had been to the hospital for antibiotics. I had been on antibiotics for a few days when the exam was done. I was then booked for an extraction but the extraction was to be done quite some time after I was going to be off antibiotics and I was concerned about the tooth reabcessing. I never want to experience pain like that again. They called me and got me in well before the tooth extraction date had been scheduled, so they got me in early, only two days after the antibiotics were complete. I was nervous and had some apprehension as I had some bad experiences with teeth work as a child and to my surprise I found I was experiencing some anxiety when it came time to do the needles and the extraction. THIS is the point where my experience became profoundly POSITIVE and impressive. I didn't tell them I was anxious or nervous, but they probably picked up on it. I COULD NOT be more impressed with how the needles DID NOT HURT (they used gel to numb it today that was not available to be used when I was a child), and every single procedure, technique and action in my mouth was done with such attention to my comfort level. They did NOT want me hurting at ALL, their demeanor was VERY reassuring, comforting, and sooo professional and confident that I completely relaxed. The anxiety went away. This team KNOWS what they are doing. They are extremely competent. They are also VERY compassionate and concerned about YOU the patient. I could NOT be more impressed. Not for ONE second did I ever feel apprehension once they started. I soon realized my anxiety was driven by the past experience of my childhood, and I quickly calmed right down as they proceeded and as they checked and rechecked and constantly asked me about my comfort levels and stressed that I was to let them know about how I was feeling as they would NOT allow me to be in pain and added more medication as needed. I am grateful for such a positive experience in all ways that a patient NEEDs for the experience to be positive. Dr. Beaudry is soo personable,. professional, competent , pleasant and kind and so is her assistant and they talk to you and explain everything and completely inform you of what to expect and of all your aftercare. They never stop checking on you the whole time you are there to ensure your are pain free and feeling informed about everything.. I will make this my Dentist office for all my dental needs and I could NOT be happier with the staff (so pleasant, kind and happy) and the dental staff. I cannot praise them enough and thank them from the bottom of my heart for dealing with this issue with my tooth and my anxieties with such excellence. Thank you so much all of you. I could not be more impressed. This experience was unbelievably pleasant and positive.
