Crave Beauty Lab

I got IV therapy done here a few days ago. The atmosphere was fine, but the naturopathic doctor took 4 times before he got a vein, didn't really seem to give me much advice about what to do and honestly, I didn't fully understand the benefits of the treatment as he didn't go through that with me. Considering I was the only patient in the IV room, it would have been nice to get slightly more attention, especially since it was my first time going. The person at the front desk was super kind though, offering me water and not pressuring me into buying products I might not need. EDIT: Crave reached out to me and provided me with the best customer service. They really addressed my concerns and made sure that I had an enjoyable experience when I came back! I really appreciate Cassandra and how understanding she was. I also got a hydro facial from Cassandra and it was incredible. She was very professional and explained everything she was doing, making sure I was comfortable with the experience. I would definitely definitely go back for another service with Cassandra!

Cassandra is the best! She goes up and beyond your service to make you feel and look your best! Would definitely recommend Crave to all my friends can’t wait to try more services!

Cassandra was amazing for laser hair removal! She was professional and super knowledgeable. She was great to chat with throughout the treatment and made the environment super comfortable. As for Crave itself, the facility was extremely clean (and to mention decorated nicely). I’m excited to see Cassandra again for my next session and to try a hydrafacial!
