Great customer service, highly professional and warm atmosphere!

I would not recommend this place. I have repeatedly been rudely spoken to and been treated poorly as a customer by Reem (employee). As a spa I would consider the employees to be welcoming but that is not the case. All of my interactions with this employee have been unpleasant. Raising your voice at your clients is never acceptable.

Really great service. Good deal for eyebrow threading. Convenient location for students at the U of A.

I am so happy with my service. They were gentle enough to give me the relaxation I wanted, but strong enough to work the knots out of my hips and shoulders. I will definitely be going back again for a massage, and maybe a facial or gel nails because they all look amazing. I really liked how they take insurance and they give UofA students a discount. Overall, I recommend any student to take an hour our of their day and have a nice massage to help with the stress of school.

Wonderful experience every time I visit! Have had threading, tinting and gel pedicure done here and I'm over the moon with the results. The staff are friendly and experienced. Prices are very reasonable - especially for students! Would recommend to anyone!
