Aurora Yoga & Spa Leduc

I have been going to Aurora for Yoga classes since October 2019. One of their instructors, Heidi, ask a friend and I to come try a class. So, we did and a year later we are still going to classes on a regular basis. I have gone to most of the classes and had classes with most of the instructors and have enjoyed them all. You will not be disappointed trying a class or classes at Aurora Yoga, bonus in this cold weather their classes are warm, so you get to warm up for an hour with no calories (my old way to warm up was a hot chocolate). Thanks Ladies for including me in your yoga family!

I see Jamie for therapeutic massage and let me tell you, that woman has the magic touch! Being someone who suffers chronically from back, neck and hip pain, I am beyond grateful for Jamie’s abilities. The environment is peaceful & relaxed and Jamie is professional and personable. 10/10 recommend.

Honestly my wife had to drag me just to try yoga, now this is the only place I want to practice. On top of that the massage therapy side is deadly! Jamie always tells me "You're a wreck" then proceeds to find a million wrecked things I didn't even know about! All the staff is always awesome!

I love this studio. The ambiance is wonderful and I always enjoy the yoga classes. It is unfortunate though that the room is never hot enough for hot yoga. I have mentioned this several times and I'm always told that the class will heat up once we get going. I checked the thermometer on the wall last time and it only got to 24 degrees Celsius, which is far below hot yoga temperatures.

All the teachers at this location are great! Shout out to Kristens 5:15 hot class on Thursdays. She has such a glowing personality and her class is very adaptable to all skill levels but still provides that calorie burn!
