I had the worst shopping experience at this place last night at about 10 pm. I went in to try to get some beer and saw a plum wine that my wife has been looking for. So I grabbed the bottom of plum wine before I went for the beer. As I had my phone on one hand at the time, I set the plum wine on the shelf and put the phone away so that I could free my other hand for the beer. Then I grabbed the plum wine and the beer and headed to the cashier. After this younger guy scanned both items and told me the total, I looked at the bottle and realized that I had grabbed a bottle of red wine by accident instead of the plum wine I wanted. So I told the cashier that I had grabbed the wrong bottle and would get the plum wine instead. At that time, there was no other shopper in line or in the store but he was very impatient and said.. Jesues...I remain silent and went on and got the plum wine back to him. Then he asked loudly, are you sure? 100% sure? I stayed calm and said yes, I am sure and was ready to pay. After he scanned the plum wine and told me the total, I asked him if that was for one transaction or two transactions because he had not given me receipt for the first transaction yet. Then he raised his voice again and said No, one transaction! I got so mad and yelled back and said what's the matter with you? Can't customers make a mistake? Can't you speak politely? Then I asked him to give me the receipts for both transactions and tried to pay the second transaction by tapping with my credit card. He raised his voice again saying, No tap, insert or swipe the card because its negative. So I inserted my credit card but found out the second transaction was still positive because the plum wine was more expensive than the red wine. I then asked for a bag and was told the bag was on the outside of the counter and had to bag myself. I have been to this store several times and every time I walked in the staff would just stare at me with no greetings as if I was going to steal something. After I paid and said thank you, the staff still would not say a word. With last night experience, I will not go back to this store again ever.

Good selection of beers and low calorie coolers. Prices aren't bad either. Pack your own bags option is a good way to deal with Covid-19.

My favourite store ever! Sales are very friendly and willing to share knowledge for liquors! Highly recommand!

The shop is not big, but there are a lot of liquor options and the service staff are also very nice.
