HaiDiLao Hot Pot

I love this hot pot place! The broths are outstanding, we love the tomato and pork bone broth. I love how their tomato is savory and not too sour like other places. Ugh, I could just drink it as it is. Haha. Although not a lot of choices for meat, all our orders were nicely served and very fresh! In my opinion I think the items were reasonably priced and well portioned. What I love the most here is their service. They really mean it when they take pride in their service. Aside from the regular service, like filling up water and etc, our server overheard us talking about dessert and went above and beyond to offer us ice cream and taro soup. We were ecstatic with the offer but we were too full to have any. Also offered to help take group photos every time they saw us whipping out our phones. I must recommend this place to hot pot lovers, no wonder it is such an international brand name for a hot pot restaurant.

It was my first time visiting this Hot Pot place. From the entrance, staff members were so kind and explained where the washroom and the sauce stations are at. All the services were amazing. Food came out so clean and organized. One thing I would say that the portion of the meats was a bit less than other places I have been. I ordered non-spicy pork broth and one spicy with peppers and chilis. I love both. I would definitely come back soon.

It's a hotpot restaurant that serves good food, but what you are paying for is the service. Wouldn't recommend going if you have sensitive hearing since the place gets really loud. There's also normally a pretty long queue but that's not really the establishment's fault. They also offer private rooms that are much nicer to dine in but they cost a pretty penny.

My friends and I ate here for the first time tonight and we LOVED it! I made a reservation for 7 pm but they took us in at 7:15. They apologized profusely and even gave us a $4 discount for making us wait. Their host and every server that greeted and helped us were so friendly. The quality of food was amazing and everything we ordered was delicious!!! Loved the evening entertainment with the dancing and music too. It's quite pricey but so worth it for a very pleasant first experience. We'll be back!

I have tried a lot of hot pot places in town and I can say this is the best in town in my opinion. The food tasted fresh and soup base had lots of favor. However, the best thing about this place that stands out from another Chinese hot pot places is by far their outstanding service. Their always checking up on you, making sure your water or drink is filled up, cleaning tissues you have used, clearing out the dirty plates, making sure kids at the table is taken care, even giving them a toy, giving me lens cleaner for my glasses etc. Came for the food and will be coming back many times due to the service!
