Sentinel Storage - Spruce Grove

Amazing service. I was starting to think that good service was a thing of the past. But then this lady named Barb was so amazing changed my mind. She was so down to earth and professional at the same time. Her knowledge of their products services was very extensive she helped me choose what was best for my budget. God bless her heart I highly recommend Sentinel storage to anybody looking for short-term or long-term storage.

I would never ever ever ever ever get a storage unit here. There are so many in Spruce Grove, do not waste your time and money here. Staff are not polite, you would think during these times they would value their jobs, the place is a complete rip off.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Knowing we only needed to store some belongings for a short term, while awaiting possession of our new home, we were welcomed and set up in the facility quickly. Why not five star you ask? Well, we had stored belongings while selling our previous home (another province) permitted us to use our own enter/exit number which was easier to recall and we were in the older part of the facility which was unpaved, which made for a muddy transition in and out of our unit. Otherwise, really good, safe and secure😊

From the moment that I made my initial call to unloading day, staff (Barb)was extremely helpful. The storage unit was easily accessible and clean.
