Sentinel Storage - Rabbit Hill

I booked the locker on the phone. The service rep was very helpful in choosing the size and option that would best suit our needs. We went into the facility to sign the papers and that rep was also very helpful. The whole process was very easy. The locker was clean when we went to see it. Also, we didn’t get our lock on correctly and the rep phoned to let us know that we should come to fix that so the door couldn’t be opened. Overall, the service was excellent.

The place is clean, organized, and very accessible. The team who works there are very professional, helpful and easy to communicate with. Value for price is good as it was very close to where i live. Definitely coming back when i need a storage .

I have experiened Sentinel Storage - Rabit Hill's great customer service! When I reserved my space, I actually spoke with a real live friendly person on the telephone!! Then at the facility when I signed the rental agreement, the customer service was also excellent! I have to say it is such a treat to interact with friendly polite people who seem to take a real interest in the customer and their own work! The facility is easy to use, clean, and well lit.
