U-Haul Moving & Storage of Winterburn

Quick and easy. Car trailer was very easy to use and very easy to haul. Service was okay inside, yard guy was not very with it. Not organized at all, but overall a good experience.

The staff was great. Returning the truck was easy with a drop off spot and an employee checking the truck quickly. Didn't do online reservation other than picture of licence. Went smoothly.

Nicole (Asst. Mgr) was very helpful. Although busy, she took the time to return my calls before the end of day, and helped me resolve the obvious mistake made on the mileage report (I had been erroneously charged extra). I would trust this staff and location, & rent from them again.

The truck was in reasonable shape, no real issues ran well and easy to use. The only real problem I had was the fact I could not get the truck before the location opened at 7am. There was no option for a remote option for pickup which I definitely could have used.
