A lot of the prices on most things do cost more! They do have some good sales and you have to watch for them. The staff in the Electronic department are excellent when it comes to service! You couldn't ask for any better for going the extra mile for you! Again I would have given them 5 stars but it's the overall prices on goods that stopped me from doing that!

Good bye Shoppers Drug Mart! I usually scour when an automated service comes into play, LD has the most efficient prescription fill and refill automated service I’ve ever used. Well done!!! Super fast as well.

Poor. Recieved the wrong form of medication, when confronted and asked for the proper medication, was told I would only be given 1/3 of what I had ordered, not because of lack of stock, but because I havent seen my doctor in a year. Im diabetic. I know how to use insulin, and I shouldn't need a doctors visit to allow me to buy my life saving medication. Ridiculous.

Went here for passport photos today - what a JOKE! The lady had NO IDEA what she was doing for our newborn. She didn’t know whether our baby needed eyes opened or closed or whether the photos she was taking would be acceptable or not. She asked US to Google what the photo was supposed to look like, as all of the info she had was “outdated”. After I asked if she has done newborn passport photos in the past she replied yes, but stated that they weren’t set up for newborn photos... I then expressed my frustration that she didn’t have any knowledge or answers to provide us to which she had absolutely no response. I then informed her we would be going elsewhere to which she also had no response. Extremely frustrating situation. Train your staff, London Drugs. I wish I knew her name, but this happened at approximately 3:35pm today.

Mostly decent. A couple poor pharmacists over the years, but the rest of the pharmacy team is amazing. No hastles.
