Excellent, old-school type Doctor. He will not beat around the bush. He will tell you straight. Not a "pill" doctor. He will drill down with tests to diagnose properly, as all Doctors should, but sadly likely do not. I was fortunate to find him.

I had called for an important health matter and it was busy so i called back and it ringed until I got a message telling me they don't take voicemails. I repeated this process 7 or 8 times hoping someone would answer my call, but nothing. The same thing happened when i tried getting through a couple days later. Just today i was able to reach the receptionist and asked to book an appointment and she spoke to me quite rudely and even chuckled at me in a condescending manner. I am NOT impressed with how this office is run. Dr. Bradstock, himself, is friendly and helpful, but his office staff are quite the opposite.

Cares about his patients and gives the best possible care.

I agree with other reviewers: Inefficient admin, filthy office, and makes one feel as if you don't matter but all the rest of the patients do. I am, however, fortunate to have a "family doctor". If it weren't for Dr. Bradstock, I would be destined for the Medi-centres
