I've been in to see Dr Brokop a multiple times now and have always had good experiences. Very helpful and accommodating.

I love my doctor's, they have been Awesome (Brokop and Fisher). Front desk staff/reception however is completely brutal. I hadn't lived in Edmonton for 10 years and came back as Brokop was accepting patients, and staff have been on my case about a missed appointment from ten years ago and fees associated. I refused to pay and eventually it was sorted out, but they weren't going to let me see my doctor because of said fees. Also, they have no voicemail or online service, so if the line is busy it just says they aren't taking any calls. It's a big headache. Also, they're just generally quite rude and short. I strongly dislike them.

The staff here are horrible, very rude and every. single. appointment will run at LEAST an hour late regardless of what is going on there. Save yourself some time and bad energy and just go to a walk in mediclinic

Dr Fisher was a great doctor and very thorough in his work and I was pleased with my result. I did appreciate that his staff asked me to call ahead and confirm timing of his appointments and it worked. Very little waiting and I would recommend him and his office to any of my family and friends

We absolutely love Dr Fisher he has been our family doctor for years.
