This clinic has such a comfortable atmosphere! The team here are so friendly and put you at ease from the moment you walk in the door. Keep up the good work!!

Today was my first appointment. I was asked to come 15 minutes early to ensure the filling of paperwork would not make me late. After waiting 30 minutes I was then told that they were running late. After waiting another 15 minutes I left. My time is just as valuable as theirs. It is never OK to not notify a patient in advance that you are running late. If you want your time respected you need to respect your patients time. Never saw the dentist so I can't speak to him.

My wife and I recently became patients and after our initial exam appointments and cleaning are pleased to report we are pleased with the reception and dental treatment. The clinic follows the BC suggested fee guide which is a pleasant surprise as many dentists add a surcharge to the bill in some cases charging an extra 30%.over the BC Fee Guide. As a a retired dentist I was looking for a fair, reasonable office which I found in this professional practice. We are pleased to recommend Royal Oak Dental Clinic.

They were over 30 mins late, and their pricing is significantly more expensive than most dental clinics in town. I didn't know this until I was paying, and the receptionist informed me of this.

Moved here from another province and my wife needed an old filling fixed and during that told my wife she had many cavities that needed fixing along with needing a crown immediately because tooth was about to split according to them, went for a second opinion since our old dentist had never mentioned them 6 months before at her last exam, turned out her teeth are perfect and don't need fillings and she doesn't need a crown. Also when my wife went back to have their filling fixed they billed it as a cosmetic procedure so our plans didn't cover it. Also billed us for a missed appointment which we canceled well in advance of their 48 hour rule and claimed we and missed an earlier one as well.....before we had even arrived in province, we told them it was impossible since we didn't live here at the time but they wouldn't budge.
