Signature Dental

Our family have been going to this practice for more than two decades now. I my opinion this has to be Victoria's best family dental practice by far. Last Friday I had three top rear temporary crowns done by Doctor Jerry Jacob's. We all know how difficult it is to do such precision work on those hard to get to rear molars not to mention its uncomfortable for the patient. Jerry and his staff were incredible and it all went by so smoothly. They use the most recent state of the art equipment which make for a more pleasant experience. It's a happy friendly environment that I can confidently highly recommend.

I had been a patient for more than 10 years and always considered this office to be a good dental practice. Any urgent work was booked quickly and seemed to hold well - but I've had to leave as I think the practice is not as patient-centred as it used to be. I had a badly broken tooth, called on a Thursday and the earliest I could be seen was the following Tuesday (admittedly it was a holiday Monday - but they'd also chosen to close on the Friday to give everyone 4 days off). Once in and examined, the verdict was that the tooth would have to be removed, but they couldn't fit it in for another 3 weeks! In the meantime I was in pain....and it turned out that an infection had set in. No referral was offered. So....I'm off to a practice that will make a little more effort in their scheduling. Signature is fine for basic scheduled work but not so good if you need something done urgently. (The new practice I went to saw me the very next day after I called and they pulled the tooth right away - they obviously hold a few spots for emergencies, as one would hope.)
