Reasonable dental service for the past decade. Phase 3 covid reopening now, and they call me with less than 24 hours notice to rebook from June to March, pushing me to 17 months between visits.

My family and I have been coming to Aspen dental for around 8 years. The dentists, assistants and reception staff are all incredibly friendly. The office is nicely decorated with comfortable seats and a nice play area for kids. My kids tend to be mischievous and more than once have done a runner into the office. The staff have always been gracious and are great with kids. The only thing about Aspen that annoys me is that they have tried to sell me invisalign on numerous occasions despite me telling then them I'm not interested, and have even asked then to put something on my file to that effect. I know my teeth aren't straight but I've got a family to feed. I don't need to be reminded every time I'm there for a cleaning.
