I've had the pleasure of working with Charles (owner and ceramist) for almost 20 years. Excellent with esthetics, stands behind his work. As far as the infection control, he is very careful and considerate. Highly recommended!

Sketchy and unsanitary. They won't ask if you're allergic to latex, so make sure you tell them. There were teeth shade samples on the floor, and he didn't sanitize them before putting them back.

I am sorry that was your experience Ashley... mine is quite different. I am in the dental field myself and have had the pleasure of working with Charles and his experienced co-workers for many years. They are perfectionists when it comes to restorative fit and colouration. C-Tec adheres to stringent infection control. What you might have not seen is how they disinfect afterwards prior to the next patient. Yes, I agree Latex allergy is a concern and that is noted on the forms sent by the dentists. The laboratory results for my crown and bridge work has been top notch. I recommend C-Tec Dental Ceramics 100%. Thanks again for all the Lab's expertise and care over the years. I am in the process of having many restorations placed and I feel the utmost confidence in the finished product by this lab.
