I highly recommend this guy. Not only did he fix all my plumbing needs but he let me stay at his house while the work was being done!! Only catch was I had to walk his dog every day...but Charlie is pretty well behaved.

Dave plumbed a new home for me this spring. He's hard-working, knowledgeable, creative and flexible (he needed to be with this house), and schedule and detail-oriented. His pricing is also fair and open, and he's easy to get along with on the job. I couldn't be happier, and won't hesitate to hire him again.

This guy sounds like you are bothering him when he answers the phone. Why would anyone want to support a business like this? Maybe he does good work, maybe he doesn't.....as far as customer service goes " it is a definite no"!
