This office is fantastic. All of our children had braces through them. Their customer service is the best we’ve had from any medical/dental office (minus our long time family doctor). They’ve always explained everything to us and ensured understanding before moving ahead with the next step and not just gone ahead and done things without making sure we understood. Our kids felt welcomed, safe, respected and heard at their visits. They always felt like they can ask questions or express concerns about their brackets or treatment plans and anything else pertaining to their braces. Their questions are always answered and they’re treated with respect and kindness. Dinah is the best for working with our schedules and getting us booked in. She makes sure the right person gets my emails if I email in with a question and responses are prompt. They still know who we all are and during treatment were flexible on many levels in order to accommodate us and make things work for us. Our children’s experiences with them over the years was so good, that I also got my braces there, instead of the place across the street from my shop. It was worth a few minutes further drive. Don’t hesitate, just go see them. You’ll be glad you did.
