M Grondin Plumbing and Heating

We've used M. Grondin and their parent company for a full bathroom reno and a furnace service. We are so happy with our bathroom. The tub and the finishes are great quality. The plumber fixed our water pressure issues in that shower so that it no longer blasted us. No damage to any walls while carrying the large tub up a tight stairwell - impressive! Plumbers were courteous and professional and job was done quickly. Will definitely use again.

Very professional and quality work from this company. They did our kitchen, bathroom and en suite fixture instal and replaced all our old pipes. Shelly in the office was very helpful ordering all our fixtures and finding us the best prices.

Not one to usually post reviews, but felt this was well deserved. Had a hot water tank pump give out in our office building’s mechanical room and water was spraying everywhere (thankfully someone heard the hissing noise outside!). A quick call to Grondin and within two hours the problem was taken care of. I’ve worked with these guys for over 15 years on residential and commercial projects, from changing a washroom sink to complete rebuilds and without exception, the service from both the admin team and the service crews has been exceptional. So, a well deserved, and long overdue acknowledgement.

The office staff is super polite. Had to use them a couple of times for emergencies. They are true to their word and on time. They have also given referrals and names for other non-plumbing related home improvement work. Professional and good crew!
