Very fast and helpful.We bought a sink. Didn't have what we wanted in stock except for the floor model. They agreed to sell us that one at a good deal saving us weeks of time. And did you see their awesome hot tubs?We will be back when we need one of those.

Products are good qualify and always great customer service. Knowledgeable staff.

Bad customer service. Wants nothing to do with the customer when they are unhappy. Refuses to talk to you when you have warranty through them? Tells you to deal with their supplier, when the supplier does not deal with the end users and are advised to go to local dealer where you made your purchase. Never takes accountability and the worse customer service I have received. Watch when making large purchases.
