I asked for a bathroom fan to be installed, after they were done I was told the bathroom fan didn't include the grill. After asking multiple people I was told those fans generally include the grill. I asked the owner if he could look into it and he never got back to me. I called again and left a voicemail, no one returned my call. I would not have had a bathroom fan installed if it didn't come complete with a grill. Terrible customer service.

No showed for 2 appointments now, was recommended for his quality work. I give 2nd chances but not 3rd chances. Waste of time had to pack up my baby to meet this guy twice hours of my time wasted.
