I visited the clinic on July 4. I was attended by Dr. Valey. She is very kind lady and examined me thoroughly. She listened to all my concerns very empatheticqlly, and explained all my doubts patiently. She is the certainly the best and kindest doctor, I have ever been to.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Stockburger.....the best family doctor I have ever had! I have always found the other medical doctors ( if I have had to do walk-in) and the medical assistants to have been friendly and efficient!! The parking can be an issue at times, unfortunately!

The staffs are heartless especially the blonde lady with the long hair, avoid this clinic because the staffs just doesn't care!!!! forget all the 5 star review and listen to the 1 star reviews in here because those are all true!!! the high rating persuaded me to try this clinic, but because of the front staffs I'm done with this clinic.

The nurse (I think her name is Claudia. She looks like she has an East Asian origin, black hair) was very rude. My appointment was at 11am on 26 Feb and I reached the clinic at 10.30am and let the person at the reception know I reached. She said they would call my name by 11am. During the waiting time, I went to the washroom for a bit. I heard my name being called at that time. Although it wasn't 11 yet, I let the receptionist know as soon as I got out of the washroom that I heard my name, but could not go then because I was in the washroom, and asked if it was my turn to go in. I did this out of courtesy. The receptionist assured me they were just checking if I was around, and that I could just go wait till they call me again. While waiting, Claudia (nurse) came and called different names, many a times looking at me, but the names didn't sound like mine. Sereena / selena, **jeeni etc. It still wasn't 11 either. So, I assumed my turn hadn't come yet. Finally at around 11.07, Claudia called my name and I went in. As I was entering the doctor's room, Claudia said in an irritated tone "just a heads up. I called your names several times and you didn't come. So i had to let others in." I said I know my name was called once but I was in the washroom then. I did talk to the receptionist after that and she said everything was cool. After that once i heard something that sounded almost like **jeeni but my name is vijitha. So, I didn't really hear my name being called. She said that's because you were sitting far away. Next time you come into the clinic, you should sit close to the doctor's rooms. (In a rude tone, not soft). I told her I was sitting far (right in front of the physio reception which is in the same room as the clinic's reception) because all the chairs close to the rooms were occupied when I came in. She still continued blaming me and repeating the same thing about me sitting far. Why on earth would I want to deliberately sit far away or not go in to the room if I hear my name! My time would go a waste as well. And why did she have to overreact? If she thought it could be because people siting far can't hear, either call the name louder or move a bit further towards the reception and call again. I am not saying I will not try to sit closer, but that was not the only solution. There was something she could have done too - so don't plainly blame the patient! If there are no vacant chairs, patients may have to wait a bit away. Unless there is a designated set of chairs for the clinic and we are required to wait there and ONLY there. I was in the same room, for heaven's sake. Even after all this, what matters is how the situation is handled. There was no need to overreact and talk rudely in this scenario. The doctors i have visited at this clinic are all nice and polite so far, which is why I keep coming back. But such rude staff will bring bad experiences and affect the reputation of the clinic. I did mention this incident at the reception, but there was no feedback form I could fill in. They said google was the only way I could put my feedback. So, here it is. Please advise staff to be polite. Don't vent their frustrations on patients. Also, if mispronunciations of names occuring is a possibility given there are people of different races coming in, keep token numbers or so. But please please stop being rude.

I went there today at 4.45 p.m and they have filled for the day. If you want to go to any walk-in-clinics, plan ahead and don't rely on the closing hours shown in Google. This was the third one I visited today after seeing the Google.
