I have been visiting Dr. Lau's office for over 15 years and both the doctors take the time to not just ask you about the issue you've come in for, but to also inquire about your overall health. It's refreshing to come to a family doctor over a clinic, because they do not rush you in and out as quick as possible. They make sure to spend the time they need with you to address all health concerns. Thank you to Dr. Lau's office.

Dr.Juliet Lau destroyed my files because I was healthy for over 10yrs and I now do not have a family doctor to rely on for help. I was given no forewarning that this was going to take place and no chance to make arrangements to continue with her institution. I find this rude and disrespectful.

Helpful, caring & supportive in difficult times. When I'm prepared with notes on my concerns about my Mum, Dr. Lau addresses each one with compassion & an experienced eye.

Lanna the receptionist is SO rude!! Can't believe she treats patients the way she does. This place is barely open and you need to wait WEEKS to get in to see the doctor. What is the point of having a family doctor you can't get into for weeks?? Doctor is over an hour late to every appt I've ever had.

This clinic had rats running around and it didn’t seem to bother the owner.
