Dr M Saleem Nagra

I have telephonic appointment with Dr Saleem Nagra today and after conversation he called me right away for physical apointment . After checkup he booked surgery with hospital. It is great ,quick and quality of service provided by Dr Nagra office.

Doctor was okay but front end staff is horrible, disrespectful and not sure if have a clue about dealing with patients. She spent over 5 minutes trying to figure out how to work a return address label machine. When she took my request from the doctor for the next appointment with a different specialist she was very quick to say his name correctly and let you feel as if you should have known better. When she Phoned to doing a reminder call and I asked if it was for the other doctor she cut me off to say was for dr Nagra I explained I didn’t have another appointment or procedure with him. She very rudely cut the call.

I agree 100% about the front end staff. They are very unprofessional and rude. I was going to this doctor for surgery and if I would have known what I was in for I would have gone to another doctor I have never been to a doctor's office and not have a nurse take you into the room. The doctors tell from the rooms "next patient" and then the MOA's say a name. I had an appointment at 10:30 and did not get in until 12:10. I only got in because the doctor saw me waiting. He then proceeded to complain about his staff.

This is the worst UNPROFESSIONAL doctors office ever. The ladies "receptionists" don't have any people/phone skills whatsoever. Which is extremely important especially if you work a front desk position. You automatically are the face of the office and should represent it with professionalism. They talk with very little respect and make you feel uncomfortable. I had to cancel my appointment because I was treated with disrespect. I don't know the ladies name but she has a thick accent. Before she goes yelling at people maybe she should go to school to learn a thing or two about MOA and professionalism in a working environment. I don't recommend this doctors office to anyone for any kind of treatment. If you want to be treated with disrespect and get yelled at then go see them!
