Primacy - Manchanda Medical Clinic

Its very unfortunate that this office has to put up with people that do not understand the times we are living in. I can't imagine what the health system is going through with a population full of ungrateful people. Everyone is trying their best in all industries. Anyway- my review is a very positive one. I was helped by the young indian girl. She was very kind when she took my call and then she came to the door and was very nice then as well. I asked her so many questions and she answered all and explained how I need to prepare for my test. I could hear the phones ringing in the back the entire time that she was helping me at the door. Theyre obviously trying their best to accommodate everyone including people like me that aren't familiar with health care here. Thank you to everyone working hard during these difficult times!

This is by far one of the worst clinic I have ever visited. The doctors are very polite, but not the two ladies work in the reception. They neglect you once you arrive there, and many times happened, they will register your name and they dont cal you !!

Dr. Manchanda's walk-in-clinic located inside Superstore on King George & 72 Avenue in Surrey is a convenient place to go for seeing a doctor. But Parmjeet the lady medical office assistant sitting at the front-desk is extremely rude, rough and very unprofessional. She will not listen to your needs and even first thing in the morning she would give you an attitude, making a wry face which will throw you off. She needs to learn how to patiently listen to the patient's needs and try to help them. I got telephone consultation from a doctor in the morning at home and I had to go to the clinic during COVID-19 to collect my prescription. But I was kept waiting on their locked doors for over an hour to pick up my prescription as Parmjeet the MOA pretended that she had to call doctor again and receive a fax of my prescription from the doctor. In fact, the doctors working for this clinic who are working from home or elsewhere in isolation are directly connected to their computer system and didn't have to fax any prescription to the MOA. The MOA Parmjeet is extremely arrogant and disrespectful and needs to be taught professionalism by Dr.R. Manchanda the owner of the clinic.

The doctors are fine. Its the front desk ladies that dont even answer the phone. I had to call 5 times for them to finally answer. I even stood outside the clinic a few days ago and i called them and i saw 3 of them chatting with eachother rather than anwsering the phone. They were suppose to email me something but never did so i had to go there myself to get the stuff i needed. Its understandable if they are busy and getting a lot of calls due to covid but they don’t answer on purpose, its not even that they’re actually busy..

Called to book an appointment with doc and got a return call from Dr Zake within five mins. We did a Zoom call and I had a resolution within ten mins. Very pleased. Only issue I have had with this clinic in the past is how often they call for followup on things that don't need follow up imo. But if you prefer a very hands on experience with your doctor, this might be a great place for you.
