Staff are terrific: smiles; intuitive listening to really understand and get a grasp of the question at hand followed by; enthusiastic, energetic response......... usually a solution and guidance to where the product has been moved to or the item requested is delivered in hand to customer! OR direction, delivery of “we are expecting this item tonight etc. or “we do not know at this moment when we can expect it” ALWAYS SPECIFIC AND DIRECT. (Next shift of staff may be different.....my experience has been “I just started my shift I will find out for you”. My point here is the honesty of staff ; which in response deserves respect. Customers are sometimes, unknowingly intimidating, impatient, irritated or downright rude!! Staff should never have to be forgiving of this behaviour!! THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT!! AND NEVER when disrespecting the staff member. Your staff are happy at work and display strong respect for each other; they show a happy disposition in their interactions with each other and in my experience show a great sense of PRIDE and delightful humour. I DO BELIEVE THAT CUSTOMERS CAN LEARN THAT THEY ARE NOT SUPERIOR TO STAFF MEMBERS.

Ordered an online pickup to save time so we could grab it on the way to catch a ferry, went to the online pickup side and waited 30+ minutes to get our groceries, employees came out numerous times forgetting our name and who the order was for. We ended up missing the ferry because the employees just didn't have brains. Dont know what you can improve on here other than better quality staff.

Lots of selection,great bakery and deli section and floral.Helpful friendly staff! Lots of parking!

Generally I like this store which is walkable from where I live. During Covid-19 the store has wide aisles which makes social distancing manageable. Good weekly specials. Not always able to find an associate to assist you to find something. Pharmacy is efficient and helpful.
