Excellent Caring staff who go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Excellent value, very clean rooms and lots of extras that go beyond the average motel. Extras include on the dishes, silverware, coffee pot, microwave, toaster and hot plate to cook meals. I have stayed here many times and always return because of the staff and what I believe is the best value in Bonnyville.

when I came in late at night they were able to accommodate, this is a basic stay but it was quiet and the rate was decent. Much appreciated for making my early morning arrival workable.

It’s cheap if you have no expectations. Customer service is very bad. You have to ask for a breakfast. Not very good internet service. Stay at cold lake if u can. . They have better places than bonnyville if your on a budget. Room seems clean walking in but when paying attention the cleanliness is not great. My room smells like old soya sauce. If u work night shift u have no fresh coffee in lobby when u wake up. Bring your own coffee pot as coffee pots are horrible in room. 1050 a month. I will be checking into imperial in cold lake in the next monthly shift.. just found out it’s the same rate and more customer service. Any positive remarks in center suite is done by friends and staff or a person who doesn’t have any expectations what so ever. Buyer beware

Needed a place to rent for a few months that was affordable but what I got for 981.00 a month was a place that should be condemned. Very dirty accommodations the walls had stuff running down them window dressings where stained with god only knows what, bathroom was so gross even after they say they cleaned, bathroom fan had about 2” of dust built up on it ( fire hazard) bathtub has huge crack the whole length of it felt like I was going to fall threw. Whole cabin was leaning like it was falling off the blocks it’s sitting on, had to let water run for half an hour before having shower unless you want chunks of rust in your hair, couldn’t use microwave to warm anything up or it would be a mini lightning show, they never cleared the snow in parking lot or off anyone’s porch, and had to bring my own pots and pans since all of the ones they supply for the cabins are burnt and un useable. Also I told them I was leaving for two weeks for Christmas and asked if there was a rate to be able to leave my stuff there till I got back as I have done with other places and they told me to remove my belongings and that I need to seek other accommodations. Staff is not very helpful or accommodating I would never recommend that anyone rent one of these places.

Wifi does not work. Customer service is minimal. Hours of operation are poor for hotels. Unprofessional and won't deal with issues. Pros: there are beds. And they are made each day, also kitchens and decent couches.
