I really appreciate the mobile app. It makes ordering so simple. The staff at KFC in West Kelowna are very kind and the chicken strips are delicious!!!

Asked for Dorito tacos, did not give me Dorito tacos. They said there was no lettuce, but then there was lettuce, I specifically didn't want lettuce on two. Barely any meat on tacos and crunch wrap supreme. No straws. Taco shells are stale. Only saving grace was the gentleman there was polite. Terrible food.

Would rate 0 if I could Waited 20 mins at the window, missing part of our order but received part of the order to the car behind us, no napkins, their debit was wonky so I was asked to show my online banking to prove the purchase went through and was asked to leave my name and number. The supervisor was berating the employee who was trying their best given all the kitchen and till screw ups... After all that, the food tasted terrible, even for kfc. Don't waste your time or money

Absolutely without question the worst drive through experience of any drive though EVER. 45 MINS. Order taker could not speak nor understand English well enough to be in this position......... Why the MOD did not step in/ step up to help with the line is unclear.. Perhaps, it starts with them.... Not even a fair effort IMO

Since Taco Bell left KFC must have done something new to their recipe cuz the chicken rocks now it's really good
