Papa John's Pizza

There was a mix up with my friends order and it was delivered to their suite instead of the main house. With Covid they didn't want the pizza back and asked to have it replaced since the mix up was not their fault. The order was only around $20 so it shouldn't have been a big deal. When we talked to the manager Jason, he was extremely rude and confrontational. I have never witnessed such terrible customer service. I will never order from here in the future and advise everyone to avoid Jason like the plague as he is an extremely unpleasant individual to have to deal with.

Extremely happy with the staff here. They made a tiny mistake in cutting our pizza and they gave us a whole pizza for free. I was definitely not expecting that and would have not even worried about the cut they didn’t get right. I have been in customer service industry and I have to say That this was a great way to make sure they have a happy customer who would buy at Papa Johns over and over again. Thanks guys.

Absolutely delicious pizza! Arrived quickly with a very polite delivery driver!

If you eat Papa John’s often you expect it to taste a certain way and this location is great would definitely recommend it my pizza’s where perfect 👌

It's good pizza, staff is friendly, and Monday's are 1/2 price... What more do you want? A free car?? Well, now you're just getting greedy!
