Scott and his apprentice Kyle arrived early to replace my water heater today. They were professional and efficient and friendly. Scott noticed that one of my kitchen faucets was a little loose and fixed it all up for me too. I always call Mr. Rooter when we have any kind of issue with our plumbing or heating issues. They always provide exemplary service - going above and beyond to solve problems quickly.

The Tech Ryan and his apprentice were very helpful and super thorough with everything! They got our problem resolved quickly and efficiently! Would highly recommend this company and use their service again in the future! Thank you

Ryan Simpson is truly an asset to this company! We have had a few different plumbers from Mr. Rooter come into our home over the years and while most have been good, Ryan is BY FAR our favourite. He has done work for us on numerous occasions and we have always been pleased with him. Ryan is punctual, very friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, performs high quality work and double checks before he leaves to make sure that everything is done right and that we are happy. He also leaves his work area very clean. It is clear that he takes pride in what he does and cares about his customers. As such, he has earned our trust and is the ONLY plumber we will be using. We highly recommend him (along with his partner Kyle). Recently, we had what could have been considered a negative experience had it not been for Ryan and Kyle...we had a few plumbing repairs so we phoned Mr. Rooter; although we requested that Ryan come to do the work, it turned out that his schedule did not exactly match up with ours so we decided to go with a different plumber rather than wait a couple of days. We should have just waited. Unfortunately there were issues with some of the repairs that were done by this other person- we had paid several hundred dollars and our tap still leaked and there were still problems with the shower draining. We phoned Mr. Rooter back and insisted that Ryan be the person to come back to resolve the problems- since we had used him before and we were pleased, we trusted that he would get the job done right. He did not disappoint. Ryan arrived with his partner Kyle and they spent over an hour and a half at our home redoing much of the work at no additional cost to us. They honestly went above and beyond to ensure that everything was fixed properly and that we were satisfied. Both helped turn what could have been considered a rather negative experience into one that was overall positive for us. Both Ryan and Kyle were so friendly and professional- they were honestly a pleasure to have in our home. Given the high quality work done by Ryan and Kyle, we probably won't need a plumber again in the near future, but when we do, Ryan is the one for which we will be asking. -Sleepy :)
