Tristin L. was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond doing a septic repair for myself and my family. He was super informative and knowledgeable in the services he was providing. Thank you so much for not taking advantage of my fathers old age like other companies I have hired have done in the past. Definitely going to keep hiring this company and Tristin in general to do the work I still need done

We called last minute on a Friday afternoon because our kitchen sink was draining quite slow and nothing would fix it. We called King Rooter and Evan was at our door in 40min. He was courteous and professional. Ee discussed the cost upfront before he started the work. Evan spent 3 hours working on getting our drains clear again and gave us lots of tips to prevent build up again. Our kitchen was left sparkling clean when he was done. We would highly recommend Evan and his team at King Rooter to anyone!

This was a fantastic company to deal with. I was phoned the day before to confirm my appointment. Tristan showed up an hour early. He diligently worked through our solution with our toilet and drain. Easy fix for us, but tough to diagnosed. He was very professional and then gave us maintance tips to prevent the issue from happening again. This is the 2nd time we have used King Rooter and they have exceeded our expectations both times. Thanks Tristan and Thanks King Rooter. I would highly recommend King Rooter. Tristan even put up with my dumb question and hovering over hos shoulder askin lg even dumber questions. We will definitely use them again.

If you need trenchless these are the guys to call. I had 3 quotes, one was super expensive and said it was a gamble and may not work. The other one, probably way under quoted me so there would have been extra charges. These guys (King Rooter) price came in right in the middle of the other two, along with Evan who came to discuss it was very knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly and even though he did tell me there could be unforeseen issues and he then would have to adjust his price, there wasn't anything large. These guys are upfront and straight with you which I appreciated! Excellent work and I highly recommend them!

Our hot water tank pilot light went out and would not re-light. Evan came and determined that tank had a leak and needed to be replaced. He also used the auger on a drain that really needed it. (We would have had to call him back had he not done this) The replacement work was done quickly and effectively. Our little girl really enjoyed watching him and followed him around the whole time. Thanks!
