Exceptional Service! We used Lake City to install our dishwasher & replace a shut off valve. They were punctual, professional & efficient. I highly recommend their services.

We had two hot water tanks installed in our rental property in Fall 2019. The installer cut a drain pipe to fit the tank into one of the utility closet in one of the units and did a shotty repair job gluing a fitting to put it back together. This resulted in a flood when the AC was turned on. The repairman we hired to fix the leak asked whether we had the hot water tank recently installed as he indicated the slap-together "fix." Lake City Mechanical didn't follow up when I called to complain about their mistake and didn't take responsibility for the damage their employee did, which cost us almost $400! Bottom Line: Don't use Lake City Mechanical if you want the job done right or for them to correct their mistakes.

65 gallon hot water tank sprung a major leak. Lake City Mechanical (Shane and Matt) came to the rescue and installed a new tank the same day at a time when their workload dictated service several days out...they know how to get folks out of a bind in a very professional and efficient manner.

We have contracted Shane and his crew on a number of occasions. Always received great service! Furnace repair, incoming waterline upgrade, and installation of tank-less water heater. Highly recommended!
