After another plumbing and heating company (BM) tried to sell us a new furnace, I decided to get a second opinion. Glad that I did. Dean was able get our furnace up and running safely at a reasonable price.

My home inspection suggested my furnace & humidifier needed a clean. Dean was recommended and he came quickly. During the recap, there was no mention the humidifier which I questioned and showed him the plug to it. He insisted I didn't have one, said he didn't know what that was for. Turns out it's behind the furnace and admittedly, a little snug to get to but definitely there. I followed the line from the furnace and saw it. Not sure how a licensed professional couldn't figure that out. Best guess is laziness. I definitely didn't feel there was value and felt this was very unprofessional.

I hired this to unclog a drain and this man showed up, unclogged my drain and then used my bathroom and clogged it back up-has anyone else had this problem?
