My wife and I highly recommend this dental care team. What a human touch. From calling in and speaking with Patti at the front desk, a compassionate person, who realized our emergency and managed to squeeze us in, to the rest of their amazing team. I don't know if they get a special 'kindness' training, but Vernon Family Dental have very kind staff. Max did x-ray and prep work. Mandy who assisted Dr. MacDonald. Dr. MacDonald should wear an exemplary service medal. Very kind and informative professional. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I've had work done by both Dr. Grages and Dr. Macdonald. The procedures were painless and prompt. Very friendly staff. Easy to schedule appointments and I appreciate that they call the day before to remind me. Also, I really appreciated that both dentists checked in with me multiple times during the procedure to ensure that I had no discomfort. Will come back and would recommend to friends and family.

Dr. Grages is great. He takes the time to break everything down and explain every step. His willingness to accommodate is notable. Having an issue? He will adjust his schedule and get you in. The staff are fantastic too. Highly recommend.

Family values, professionalism, respect and subtle sense of humor in a convenient location. Over the years we lived in this area, all of the members of our family have been to this clinic at least once. Checkups, basic, complicated procedures are always done efficiently and with extreme care. If it's urgent, the team will do their best to see you ASAP. Kids love the toy corner.
