I am extremely disappointed in the way customers are treated at this establishment! As if we are less of people just for coming to them and when things don't go their way your told you have to go to another dentist because you are what they say disruptive.... I held you guys in high regards I have been on antibiotics for the amount of time I was told and now I am denied going back to them again. I have mental issues myself, but they do nothing to rectify the situation just snarky attitude for being frustrated. The receptionists are not professional at their jobs which is supposed to be the first image of the company, but when they pretty much spit in your face for defending yourself they get aggressive towards the situation and use the power of get out and don't come back ever again. Like thanks I've been in extreme pain and on antibiotics and asked to talk to the dentist or manager only to be told we will leave her a message and she can choose whether to get back to you or not.... You guys obviously don't care about your reputation because it's digging deeper and deeper into the dirt. Less then one star for you and noone deserves the treatment you've given me will be reporting you for this service!

I was in extreme pain and went to multiple dentists to have all my teeth removed as I had serious pariodonral disease...I could not afford to have 29 teeth removed at 190.00 per tooth. I was brought to community dental clinic by a friend and from the moment I walked in the door, I was taken care of and in 2 weeks, all my teeth were extracted and if it wasn't for community dental clinic, I don't know what I would have done. Thanks to the whole team for your amazing commitment to the community.

I was given an appointment card with TWO appointments written on it, one two weeks after the other. I show up for my first appointment and am told by the receptionist WHO WROTE ME THE CARD that I am not in their schedule and my next appointment is not until 2 weeks out. I leave, obviously very upset, because I have this card that clearly states the date and time I showed up to be an appointment. Now I'm finding out that I can't even have my next appointment without getting a cleaning FIRST - which is what that appointment would have been. So how on earth do you, having this knowledge, only put me in your schedule for the second appointment which cannot even occur without the first. I am an extremely mentally ill individual who has a hard enough time getting myself out of the house, not to mention I work nights, so making room for this appointment is already a big enough inconvenience for me. Literally the only resolution for this would have been squeezing me in the day I showed up and was there for what **you** wrote down for me but failed to put in your schedule. I do not want your apologies. I will be taking myself to a different dentist who appreciates the value of my time and the gravity of my mental health.

I'm taking the correct steps to make a complaint on this dental centre. The miscommunication is horrible and when spoken on they replied with "were very busy and your not the only patient" they're not clear on what work they're doing and when they say their going to do something something entirely different is done? I'm sorry but listening to and understanding your patient is the most important thing in any healthcare vice versa and when a person apologizes if they're being rude because they have a disability and sometimes can get overworked up I.E asking questions or pointing out errors of miscommunication eye rolling isn't professional even more so after being told that I could see an entirely different dentist in their offices I go to book my next appointment and a lady comes up and takes my appointment card from the front desk receptionist and says "we wont be doing that" then proceeds to tell me I must go else where for my dentistry. I could say a lot more but will save that for my complaint in conclusion I reccomend anyone with a developmental disability go elsewhere
