Vernon Covid-19 Assessment Centre

Son called on Saturday; message said appt. needed. Called Sunday - supposedly open at 9, but didn't actually answer phone until after 930. He was told a "Covid-19 person" would call him back. He waited all Sunday, all Monday, and at 420 p.m. Monday, no one has called. If you have symptoms, but can't go without an appt., what use is this? Surely, Vernon is not swamped with COVID-19 people waiting to be tested!
