The staff here has been amazing...they have delivered me my prescription no charge...always helpful!! I will miss our small town I have lived here for 33 years..but am moving next week to be with my son and family...will miss all the kindness I have received from your staff and store..Thanks 😊

Very disappointed in the poor attitude of the young lady who answered my call on the evening of Oct 9th. The pharmacy had not delivered meds to the downstairs suite of our home as ordered. After several hours and another phone call, it was discovered the meds were still at store! When instructions were given to go around back for the delivery, they were delivered to the main house! The reason for this , was because the note to go around back , was IN THE BAG! Besides not getting the meds out as promised by 4:00 ish, they didn’t arrive until 7:30 to wrong door. Upon calling the pharmacy , I was greeted with a young woman with a bad attitude and very poor customer service skills. When I pointed this out to her , letting her know that I not only had been in customer service , but also a caregiver for many years , and her argumentative way was poor customer service, she chose to hang up on me. This is not the first mistake this pharmacy has made with delivery. 2 other deliveries for the downstairs suite were delivered to front door. The individual who lives downstairs, has mobility issues , so climbing stairs to get her prescriptions at the wrong door , after requesting back, is annoying to say the least. As a caregiver , I have witnessed this same mistake firsthand at a clients home. I suggest a lesson in customer service and possibly slow down when filling deliveries. Make sure instructions are not stapled closed in the bag.

Lineups and at both the pharmacy and the main till are way to long. Clerks do not, or can not, get help when lineups get to long. Which is fine... just do not complain when amazon opens that online drug store with no wait lines and deliver to your door service. Now is the time to set the bar for quality service. I like to shop local but is getting harder and harder when local does not supply premium service.

I find the pharmacists great, always helpful and willing to help with questions that i have !
