Clearwater Valley Resort

Pretty decent sites, quiet, clean, nice amenities, and friendly staff. It is virtually bug free and we like the fact that it is fenced and gated. We will stay here whenever we are in Clearwater.

Clearwater Resort is a beautiful, quiet, very homey, well cared for place to get away. The ownners/hostes are lovely.

Peaceful setting, trees, areas to walk around, big pond and thousands of Koi swimming around.

Spacious room. Has air conditioning and heat.

Worst accommodation experience I've ever had, customer service was extremely poor and I ended up being charged 200$ because I brought my dog and the booking site said pet friendly. After 10 mins of being in the room the owner says shes charging me a 200$ cleaning fee, I told her that I didnt think it was fair to be charged when I wasnt informed that it wasn't a pet friendly room. All she said was it's your responsibility, you should have told us. She did not offer any solution or compromise. Also, the parking is dissatisfying, the pond smelled unpleasant, the customer service upon checking in was awful, I was ignored for 5 mins before being acknowledged and checked in. The signage is inadequate. Very poorly managed resort. Do not reccomend this place, wish I could give zero stars.
