Dutch Lake Motel & RV Campground

It's an older building but well taken care of. The suite I stayed in was nice. The temperature in the room was perfect. The bed was comfortable. After driving all day it was a great place to rest. I ordered delivery and promptly feel asleep.

We stayed for 3 nights at the campground. Absolutely stunning view of Dutch Lake. Camping spots are somewhat basic, no sewer, but they definitely were all we needed. Our favorite part was the amazing little beach and floating deck. It was perfect for a lake day and super close to our site. The motel management was very accommodating and friendly to us. Perfect spot for camping on Dutch Lake!! Even saw a turtle :)

Personally this place wasn't terrible, the ONLY issue I have are the beds. They are not comfortable at all. All three of us kept tossing and turning because of the discomfort and we aren't ones to complain about beds. I am usually very good sleeping on any surface, but this one especially, I felt pain. And we started noticing the toilet leaking, so hopefully they fix it once we're gone. Other than that, the rooms were very clean and they had the essentials: microwave and mini fridge, so if you're looking to bring refrigerated food go for it! The team were friendly which is a plus because it means they take care of their business. The motel is sitting in front of a lake which is also a nice plus because if you're wanting to relax in front of a lake, you don't need to go too far. They have daily rentals for kayaks/ canoes and they offer complimentary bikes. And the biggest plus, it is a short distance from the main places and the provincial park! Would I stay here again, that's a maybe due to the beds, but if they weren't a problem I would stay here again.

Such a wonderful place! The mattresses were soft, the shower was amazing, and the lighting and outdoor beds was such a wonderful idea! Great service, hope to stay again.
