Very nice paved campground to stop at for a night or two on your way to Mount Robson and Jasper. Sites are fairly private and the river is visible for many. Trains across the Thompson river are frequent, and ran at all varying hours during our stay. Have visited several times without reservations. Able to find an available campsite for my large RV each time.

Well maintained services and sites. Unfortunately railway right across the river running 24/7. And campground isn’t far from highway as well. Which means you can hear trucks and trains all night long. Fun times just FYI

Lovely peaceful place to re-energize after working for months during Covid 19. Too bad there are no showers or flush toilets. We would have stayed longer if we could have cleaned up. Camping by the river is definite plus.

Great place. Lots of sites and space between sites. You can get double sites as well. They recommend reservation tho as it did completely fill up while we were there. I think the only complaint is the train across the river but we got used to it. Deep sites for trailers and shallow for tenting. Sani dump and potable water, but had a water boil advisory while we were there so bring bottle water.

This is a great park. It's located less than 5 minutes off the Yellowhead highway. There is no highway sound. The loop of campsites is paved and flat, making it perfect for walks and bike riding. The playground is new and up to date. There are a couple of spaces for games. There is pit toilets and running water as well as a sani station. The park is only five minutes from Clearwater which has all amenities.
