Thank you so much for my brand new smile! I always felt welcome and informed at all my appointments. Between Joanne's welcoming smile and Dr. Lawrence's corny jokes, the whole experience was very positive. Also, my mom loves the cookies. My teeth look great and I can't stop smiling!!

Dr. Lawrence is amazing. Both of my kids went to him for their Orthodontic treatment. My son has special needs that pre-dispose him to certain factors that need consideration when treating. The other orthodontist in town did NOT tell me about those considerations and would have had him in braces for 5 years or more. Thankfully I listened to my gut and went to Dr. Lawrence. He took the time to explain to me how the treatment would go, and when and how long it would be (less than 2 years). Fast forward a few years and I needed braces myself (I was 50 when they were put on). Dr. Lawrence took the time to explain to me why I needed them medically (not just cosmetic reasons). If I had a question or didn't understand something, he explains in a way I could understand. He has excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour. During my appointments he always has fun, light-hearted things to talk about that don't have anything to do with Orthodontics.... a great way to keep patients feeling relaxed and not 'all-business' at appointments. When I go to my appointments, all of his staff are super friendly and know my name, makes me feel like a rock-star! If i could give more stars, I would!

It's nice that he did a thorough, free consultation, and that he was a very cheerful, jolly guy, but he behaved very unprofessionally. He was funny - he would make a great stand up comedian. But him in the place of an orthodontist really weirded me out. To be honest, I thought he was high on drugs. He kept talking about the weirdest, silliest things like canoes and things that did not relate to anything! Perhaps that's because he's used to working with kids! Well, I am sure kids would LOVE this guy. But I am a serious adult and kept trying to ask him to tell me things in a straight forward manner. He was not able to answer any of my questions and ended up walking out on me. He's probably not used to working on adults who want actual answers regarding their treatment. It was literally the most bizarre interaction I've had with any human being ever and left me completely dumbfounded and confused. He was not rude or aggressive, he was very friendly with a great sense of humour, but he was just plain odd and very eccentric and wasn't making any sense! I had to get him to send the info to my dentist so my dentist could translate it for me. Maybe children and more laid back people would love this very eccentric orthodontist, but I am an analytical person who needs very straight forward communication, and this guy made me feel like I was about to put over 10,000 dollars into the hands of an unqualified circus clown.

Spectacular place, Dr.Mark Lawrence is a miracle worker :) He helped me in a way no one else could. Now I finally have the confidence I always wanted. I'm finally able to live my dream, and go through life with a big smile on my face. I absolutely couldn't be happier with the results! 😀Thank you so much Creative Orthodontics! I have, & will continue to refer you to everyone I know! Expect a lot of business ^.^
