I'm really disappointed in this practice. I have called this clinic since early November to try and get in with a female doctor that I could feel comfortable with. I was told that I would be put on the waiting list. When the time came for me to be accepted as a patient they told me that they were only accepting patients that don't currently have a doctor. I explained to them that I do not feel comfortable with my male doctor and the receptionist told me that they don't like to take patients away from other doctors. So, what matters? My comfort and level of care OR the doctor's wish not to upset each other by "taking patients away" from each other? I have been searching for a female doctor for months now and I haven't been able to find any that are taking on new patients. I'm so disappointed. Also, the receptionist was rude and had a condescending attitude.

Dr Mckenzie is an absolute delight! I have never had a family doctor I have been so comfortable with. She really listens to you, and does whatever she can to help you. I feel so blessed to say she is my doctor. Thank you Dr. Mckenzie.
