Lady at the desk was nice, but the doctor I saw was rude. I made an appointment because I had three issues with my skin. White patches, skin tags and acne. He wanted 200 dollars to remove 3 small skin tags on my neck. I said no. He gave me a medication for the white patches on my skin but it burns my skin really bad and he didn't want to address my acne and told me to come back in 3 months and maybe he take a look at it then. I was in and out of his office in less than 10 minutes. This guy does not really care about people, all he wants his money.

After an exhaustive search for a clinic that can address the issues I was having with my skin, I am thrilled to have found Coastal Dermatology. The staff are extremely conscientious, the laser technician has a University education and a wide knowledge base. Dr. Burgess is thorough, kind and caring. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received there and would highly recommend this practice to everyone!

This place is completely unreliable. The staff are arrogant and rude. The doctor is absolutely NEVER on time. I could go on and on. This business is a monkey navigated mission, at best. Do yourself a favour and find a different dermatologist.

Barb and Dr Burgess helped me enormously with my skin. I would trust them to take care of your needs in efficient, knowledgeable and friendly manor. Your skin is your largest organ and you need to take care of it. I'm so grateful that we have this local business as an option in the Comox Valley😀
