Domino's Pizza

Horrible front store employees and customer service. My order (in my name) was on the order screen yet the employee at the register repeatedly denied that there was an order in my name, until I literally showed him the order on the screen. It's exhausting arguing with them that I placed an order they deny when it's literally on their store screen. My order today took an hour to make and wasn't what I ordered for the second time in a row. At least they're consistently bad at this location. The other local location on Ryan Road in Courtenay is slightly better; will not be going here again - it's not worth it.

Was 5 mins before closing when I called and they delivered.. Customer service was great and the pizza was even better. Best dominoes in comox valley

It's Dominos, you go their good pizza at a reasonable price, you know you aren't getting artisan food but something to watch the game followed with a favourite brew.

Ordered pizza around 8PM. Got here very quickly. Looked in the box, found out why it was so fast. Pizza was horribly mangled, burnt and scrunched up, sauce was non-existent, tasted horrible. The people making the pizza clearly don't care, and take no pride in their work in the slightest. Do not order from here!

Worst location! Don't waste your time and order from this management. They get your order wrong and basically blame it on the customer that this is what you had ordered. Need to change there management asap!
