Bobby was very knowledgeable and professional. Thankfully, he never seemed bothered by all our phone calls and questions. We had water in the crawlspace. He suggested a step by step process so that we didn’t spend money we didn’t need to. First they installed a sump pump and new exit line from the house to the street. We still had some water. So the next step was to replace the drain tile on one side of the house and tie in the French drain in the backyard to it. They discovered that no one had ever tarred the foundation wall. So they tarred that. Then they put drains all around the perimeter inside the crawlspace leading to the sump pump. The crew worked hard in difficult conditions. We now have a much drier crawlspace despite the constant rain. Bobby and his crew were prompt and personable. I believe he charged us fairly. Also, a shout out to Joan in the office for promptly getting our messages out to Bobby in the field.

Bob was right on time. Cleared my kitchen sink drain in about 30 seconds and DID NOT CHARGE ME! I would definitely recommend and would definitely use them again. Thanks Bob 😄

My laundry room sink drain was old and leaking. I bought parts and tried to fix it but it was just too cramped under the sinks for a 75 year old guy with bad knees so I called Roto Rooter. Jason came by and had everything working and leak tested in less than an hour. Roto Rooter have become my go to plumbers and they have always treated me very fairly. They are fast, efficient and reasonable. I have nothing but good things to say about them!

Josh came and quickly and professionally cleaned out a blocked sink drain, replaced a pipe that was not to code and found a small crack in another pipe. He quickly replaced that too. They answer their phone, they call you back when they say they will and they show up on time. Friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you Roto Rooter, you are appreciated.
